| Toyota has its fair share of problems yesterday with Jarno Trulli suffering two front right suspension failures. There has been speculation regarding a possible solution, the team’s participation and a whole host of in-betweens. Trulli was 18th fastest just ahead of Ralf Schumacher who was also halted as a safety precaution. |

| Mark Webber was also making some headlines. Details are not clear, but he and Scott Speed got into a dispute over track territory at the end of the afternoon session. The end result was damage to the back of the Red Bull Renault and the front of the Toro Rosso Ferrari. Speed himself certainly thought he had been brake tested by Webber. |
